Once you have selected all the criteria it shows a de-duplicated list of those customers and which ones have emails, which ones have a mobile (to SMS) and the balance we could mail to. You can also categorise you customers so if for example you are planning a Moto-X test day it is easy to send a quick SMS to just the Moto-X enthusiasts.
2 - Give customers a Loyalty card with the built-in Loyalty card system. You do not have to give away discounts, many dealers are finding it more profitable to allocate points where you can control how they are used. Evopos can even print bar-coded loyalty card labels if you do not want the expense or hassle of special cards. It also gives you their name and history without having to ask (it goes a long way when you can address your customers personally).
3 – When a workshop job is finished Evopos can automatically send a personalised SMS or Email to the customer saying his bike is ready. Similarly when you receive stock Evopos will automatically inform the customer his special ordered parts are in.
4 – The built-in Prospecting system enables sales staff to track enquiries, produce chase-up reminders, organise demos and more. The reporting features let you see everything, from where your enquiries are coming from to what is in the pipeline.
